A message from Kiana Laurin...

After over a decade in corporate consulting, observing and serving guarded leaders and employees who simply wanted to feel engaged, safe, and challenged, I knew I needed to expand my reach beyond the civil engineering industry. I wanted to know what happens when we focus on the strengths of humans to stimulate personal and group excellence outside of one area, and seek to transform something strong into something resilient - starting with leaders serving and building People-and-Purpose-First organizations. I am intrigued by the unique qualities of individuals and love observing the magic created when people feel heard and seen with empathy and compassion.  My vision is to create a brave, safe container for diverse    C-level leaders to generate power (through courage and a willingness to own opportunities to push forward a  paradigm shift from profit-centric to human-centric organizations, beginning with a microcosm of internal disruption and challenge, ultimately creating a "whole" that is greater than the sum of its parts.

What sets my soul on fire?  Connecting, challenging, and serving innovative, driven leaders who want extraordinary shifts in their lives, organizations, and communities.  I believe we all possess the superpower of choice, and anything is possible.
